We visited the museum a few years ago, and on this year's trip we stayed at the campsite, as it has a good location when visiting Ostrava. The campsite is a good stop if you're travelling by motorhome, and the mining museum is well worth a visit even if you're travelling by other means.

Read moreFritidsbyn Kloten is beautifully situated in Bergslagen. We made a visit here this weekend with the motorhome, as we visited the couple who will soon take over Fritidsbyn. There was a tour of the beautiful area, and then it was free camping at the lake Stora Djurlången nearby.
Read moreLocated on the island of Väddö in Roslagen, Grisslehamn is a charming little town, which is lively thanks to the Eckerö Line that allows people to cruise to Åland. We suggest seven things to do in Grisslehamn. There is a campsite, marina, spa hotel and a cosy little fishing harbour with restaurants. You'll also find the Albert Engström Museum here and you can cross over to the small island of Singö.

Read moreWassbackens camping in Töreboda has a fantastic location by the Göta Canal. The canal runs right next to the campsite and you can park your motorhome so that you have a view of the boats chugging by or driving into the guest harbour. If you want, you can cycle to the lock in Tåtorp.
