As this post is published, we are on our way to Kiel, Germany on the StenaLine ferry Germanica. All seven motorhomes, including the one we are testing, are on board and we have had time to socialise and get to know each other. Now we are looking forward to the adventure in Germany!

Polferrie's new ferry is here, and it feels more than welcome. M/F Nova Star, built in 2011, will operate the route between Nynäshamn and Gdansk. Peter has been on a press tour this week and today we can show pictures of the new ship.

Then it was time to take the ferry from Kiel to Gothenburg, after two months of motorhome travel in Europe. It was the first time we took this particular ferry, and we have to say that in our opinion this is the best ferry between Sweden and Germany. Which ferry suits you depends of course on where you live in Sweden, but of all the ones we have travelled on, we have to say that this is the nicest!

Last Sunday we travelled with Stena Line from Rostock in Germany to Trelleborg in Sweden. None of the ferries that connect Sweden with Germany or Poland are particularly fun, but we have to say that we think Stena Line is slightly better than the others.
