Most of his relatives live on the other side of the world, but in the last few days three of them have been visiting here in Stockholm. This year Silja Line turns 60 years old, and the celebration continues throughout the year. Yesterday it was time for the anniversary cruise in Stockholm, and all we can say is: what a cruise and what a party! We travelled on the Silja Symphony from Värtahamnen to the centre of Stockholm, and this was a trip with a lot of excitement. Last Thursday evening we went to Arlanda and met up with the group we're spending the weekend with in Amsterdam. We started with a really good evening: a beer at Arlanda and then, after a short flight, a taxi to the super nice house we rented and dinner on an outdoor terrace in the warm Amsterdam air.

Ok, here we go and Peter at the controls again. GOD SAVE THE QUEEN was the new motto when punk entered my life. The Sex Pistols and the Clash were new and I just had to go with it. What the hell, I had holes in my ears, and a few chains hanging from my mouth didn't bother me. Torn jackets and general trash, that was me then and I just had to try it. We experienced a light festival in Malta, specifically in the city of Vittoriosa! Every year in October, "Birgufest", a festival of lights is organised in Malta. All electricity is switched off in Vittoriosa and the only thing that lights up are the candles.

OK, here we go and it's Peter in Malta at the controls. Full speed from 02.45 Thursday morning because our bus left 04.14 from Fridhemsplan. Good start, hmm.
