Yesterday Peter's youngest son Billie turned 17, so we had dinner and cake at our house. Time passes, as you know, and we take the opportunity to remember fun things we have done together. Not least travelling!

Yesterday we celebrated New Year's Eve in Langkawi, at a place by the beach called Oasis. For 100 ringgit (about 200 SEK) per person we got a buffet, fire, lanterns and fireworks. The nicest surprise was that Linda, Ludvig and their children, from Mary af Rövarhamn, came to join us, along with another Swedish family they know who are staying at a nearby hotel.

We would like to thank Alexandra's mum Anette and her family for a beautifully organised party in their home. After the ceremony we went home to Alexandra's mum where we were offered champagne and snacks. Soon we will have a barbecue and continue the celebration ...

Read moreNow we have tried city camping in Linköping! After a nice visit to Sandvik's camping outside the city, it was instead city camping in a parking lot in the centre of Linköping. Then it was dinner and party night!

Read moreYesterday Billie, Peter's youngest son, turned 16. There was a birthday celebration here with dinner, cake and a visit from Robin and Alexandra. As a present from us, Billie got a 15 inch digital photo frame and a USB filled with pictures, including from all the trips we have made together. You can see some of the pictures here.
