Yesterday we had a really intense and fun day at Caravan Stockholm, the motorhome fair in Kista. It started with a lecture on stage at 11:00. Then we had lunch with motorhome friends, talked to even more friends and acquaintances, watched David Batra, tried to get some time to stand at our table (it went like that) and tried to look around the fair (it also went like that).

It was a nice start to Thursday and just the right amount of people. A lot of readers have shown up and talked to me, which is very nice. Yesterday I took our tables and our roll-up there. We have electricity and internet and that's enough for us. I met some friends who are exhibitors, and we only meet at fairs. It's a lot of work to get all the stands and all the cars ready. There is filing and polishing everywhere. I took the opportunity to look inside some cars and took some photos with Nikon Keymission 360. Follow along!

On 16-19 February, Stockholm's own motorhome and caravan fair will take place: Caravan Stockholm. The fair usually marks the start of the camping season, and although it's not the biggest camping fair in Sweden, there's always interesting news to be found. This year you can also listen to ... us! We will have a table during the fair and hold no less than two different lectures.

The year is coming to an end and it's almost time to look forward to an exciting new year. But before that, we will summarise the motorhome and travel year 2016. There were a total of ten trips abroad (plus two Åland cruises) and three slightly longer motorhome trips in Sweden. Wow, what a year it has been!

We have now experienced a real chocolate festival in Croatia, in the beautiful coastal town of Opatija. Everything is chocolate-themed, from workshops and art events to chocolate-themed concerts (!) and activities for children. We also got to experience a chocolate massage in Opatija.
