Tuna recipe - apple guacamole and other tips

We got some really nice and cheap tuna fillets in Spain (2 euros per portion), which have been in the freezer for a few days. Yesterday we had tuna for dinner. Peter marinated the fillets and fried them briefly on each side. We served them with jacket potatoes and apple guacamole. Really good!

You can probably say that we are really hungry for France now! Today we had Moule marinière, mussels in white wine, for lunch in the houseboat. Mussels are a luxury that is actually relatively cheap. A net cost 60 SEK, and together with bread and cheese it makes a good lunch for two.
