He bought a piece of derelict land and built a stunning Arabic-style park with water, small bridges, green plants and cacti. He himself lived here, and since his death in 2008 there is a memorial grove for him here. We visited the park and museum yesterday.

First you had to queue to buy tickets, then to get in and last (but not least) to get out again. Despite this, it was a very interesting and fascinating visit.
