We started looking for the Konopiste forest castle in the Czech Republic. It was already evening, but a big castle can't be that hard to find. Or is it? After a while we realised that the Konopiste castle can be called a "forest castle" precisely because it is very well hidden in the forest... By the time we found it, it was getting dark, and our first encounter with the castle was surrounded by mysterious statues and sounds.

Now we have started the exciting journey eastwards in Poland! From having recently been in Krakow, where you can hear Swedish spoken here and there, we have left for "unknown" areas. Stay in a castle in the Czech Republic - one night at Liblice

We have just tried staying in castles in the Czech Republic. We flew from Stockholm to Prague and from there it was only an hour by car to get to Liblice Castle. Here we were able to enjoy good food and a spa. Not a bad way to spend a Thursday night!
