Last weekend we visited Drottningholm Palace in Stockholm. It was a fantastic autumn weekend, and really lovely to walk around the castle park in the November sun. Join us in Sigtuna, Sweden's oldest city! Yesterday we woke up to blue skies and decided to take a trip. Where would we go? It was a trip to Sweden's oldest city. It's been many years since we were last there and Sigtuna is a wonderfully cosy town to stroll around in. And of course it's fun to take photos in a town with so many charming old houses!
Read moreRullsands camping is a nice campsite outside Gävle. The location of the campsite is very nice and there is also a lovely sandy beach nearby. There are also cottages and the site is also known for its naturist bath. Definitely worth one or more visits!
Read moreFinally, we have a completely free weekend and the opportunity to go out with the motorhome. We have taken a rather short turn and stopped at Bredsands camping in Enköping. Here you stand nicely by the water and the sun warms gently - not bad at all!
Read moreSkokloster camping (or Sånka camping as it seems to be called on the signs here) is located on Skohalvön in Håbo municipality, not far from Skokloster Castle. The campsite is beautifully situated by the water and has a large area for campers, although at first you hardly notice all the caravans between the trees.
